Kinship Care Research Comes to Prince George November 5 & 6

Parent Support Services Society will be in Prince George, November 5 & 6th to talk to grandparents raising their grandchildren and other folk raising the children of relatives and close family friends. We will also be talking with the youth, 19 and older, who have been raised by their grandparents or other kin.

• Grandparents, aunties, uncles and others raising a relative’s child: Wednesday November 6th 12:30 at Hadih House 2105 Pine Street, Prince George

The purpose of the research is to learn from kinship care families in BC, and figure out what changes, supports and resources you need.
